About    
I'm Stu MacBride — a multidisciplinary designer & creative working in digital, print and motion, based in Melbourne / Naarm, Australia.

 My skills span graphic design, finished art, retouching/compositing, motion graphics, video editing, art direction, animation, sound editing, web design, 3D modelling — and everything in between.

I’ve worked as a Senior Finished Artist at Aesop (2018–2025) and as a Digital Media Designer at Reece (2011–2017), alongside extensive freelance work with clients including Cowboy, Trenery, Wiley, Dotshop, Sheike, and the Yoorrook Justice Commission.

Alongside my professional creative work, I’ve been developing an independent film research and preservation project focused on rare and overlooked media and related ephemera.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching films, playing guitar badly, and spending time with my cats.
